Tuesday, November 4th:
Shortened day!
Go over adjective clauses in your ENGLISH WORKSHOP; pages 163 - 164; exercises 2 and 3. This assignment will be due and payable on Thursday, November 6th.
Begin reading “The Most Dangerous Game”. Please keep a reading log for this story. It will be collected and graded.

Wednesday, November 5th:
Please bring your vocabulary book to class today.
Warm-ups! Write five sentences with adjective clauses using five of your vocabulary words. Share with the class on the “Elmo”.

Friday, November 7th:
Test over “The Most Dangerous Game”. Your “Most Dangerous Game” packet is due today.
Break into groups of three and create a board game illustrating the short story “The Most Dangerous Game”. The game should include information about the plot (exposition, rising action, etc.), the characters, vocabulary and - yes! Adjective Clauses! If you get a wrong answer you might get eaten by a crocodile!
