Tuesday, December 8th:
Shortened day.
Begin working on THE ODYSSEY. Read “A Son Seeks a Father”, ”Calypso”, “The Princess and the Beggar”, “The Court of Antinous”. Begin a time line and a reading log for THE ODYSSEY.
Wednesday, December 9th:
Please bring your VOCABULARY WORKSHOP; Level D; Unit 3 will be assigned today and will be due on Wednesday, December 16.
Read “The Battle of the Ciccones”, “The Wind God”, “The Lotus Eaters” and “Polyphemus, the Cyclops”. Begin a time line and a captain’s log for THE ODYSSEY.
Thursday, December 10th:
Please bring your HOLT GRAMMAR BOOK to class today. An assignment on adjective clauses will be assigned today. This assignment will be due on Tuesday, December 15th.
