Go over your district mandated essay.
I strongly urge you to rewrite the essay incorporating my suggestions; then staple the rewritten version of your essay to the original and turn both of them in to me. I will evaluate the written work and then raise your grade one letter point. If you made a c/b then after rewriting it, I will raise the grade to a b/a. This will be due on Thursday, November 19th.
Go over Unit 2 Vocabulary. This will be due on Friday, November 20th.

Tuesday, November 17th:
Shortened day!
Please bring your HOLT grammar book. Adverbial clauses will be assigned today. This assignment will be due on Thursday, November 18th.
