I teach Language Arts in California (9th and 12th), and I love how much literature and grammar your students are doing. The Odyssey is one of my favorites (I read it in 9th grade!), and I wish I was able to read it with my students. However, the current curriculum maps that have been designed for us teachers here does not allow time for it. SIGH. Congratulations.
