October 25^th – October 29^th Weekly Agenda for 9^th Grade Honors English

Monday, October 25^th:

Break into pairs and analyze “The Most Dangerous Game” for plot. Together create a plot diagram and present to class.

 

Tuesday, October 26^th:

Test over plot for “The Most Dangerous Game”.

Because we are pressed for time, the board game for “The Most Dangerous Game” will be for extra credit.

 

Wednesday, October 27^th:

Read  “The Cask of Amontillado” by Edgar Allen Poe.

 

Thursday, October 28^th:

Read “The Cask of Amontillado” by Edgar Allen Poe.

Pass out the vocabulary and literary language packet.

 

Friday, October 29^th:

Read “The Raven” and “The Tell-Tale Heart”
